I use Sixbit to submit items, and recently started using the Global Shipping Program. I have 2 questions:
1) - How do you set up in Sixbit? I select Global Shipping Program, and provide a domestic shipping cost, but it is not capturing the domestic shipping cost.
2) - When a buyer purchases multiple items, the ebay system does not allow for combined invoices. So each item has a domestic shipping cost. How do you provide a combined invoice?
