How is ebay allowing buyers to open did receive cases so early on items that are delayed because of so called weather delays with the post office. I spent most of Sunday replying to these.  And now on Monday morning it is more of the same.

You need to contact eBay and request an extension on time if the items show movement.

I don’t think that eBay has a choice - they have to let buyers file.  Closing out is another issue.
