I as a seller have to send a return label but am having issues. I wanted to upload my own label using pdf but cannot figure out how to switch addresses (so the seller can send it back to me)other than going to account info and doing it that way. Which i did. And will make sure to switch everything back but when trying to reprint the label it does not change them. i found other forms discussing this but none really helped much.
It's fine that your address is both the sender and the recipient, since coming or going, you're getting the label. Just be sure that the Originating zip code is your buyer, to calculate the postage correctly.
