This board is not monitored by eBay employees.  IF you called Customer Service they would advise you to file a claim of work with the seller to resolve the matter.

 

Your claim of an item not shipped appears to be false if the tracking number provided by the prior poster is correct?

 

Sometimes packages do get mis-delivered, however when a scan shows the package as "delivered" then the seller is usually finished and eBay will see it that way too.

 

What you can do is go to the USPS carrier station for your zip code and ask them to provide you with the GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered.  Be sure to take a print out of the tracking info from the USPS website with you that shows the tracking number.

 

IF you get the GPS data and it shows that the location is different from the address on the order, then with a letter with phone number from the USPS stating mis-delivery, you may file and prevail with an Item Not Received (INR) claim.  You have 30-days from the date shown as delivered to file and INR claim under the eBay MBG.  Have proof before ( and uploaded) you file as the claim will find against you otherwise.

 

However, if the GPS tracking info shows the coordinates match the address on the order then there is a problem either with the address that was entered on the order or with the security at that address.

 

 

While one would hope a seller might track this information down, it is often best to do the legwork yourself.
