Shipping price issue.

I offered free shipping for an item and on the selling side it shows free shipping but when I look at the actual item on Ebay from the buyers side is still shows a shipping charge.   I did go in and revise it once but it has not corrected even after 24 hrs.  Perhaps I need to end the listing and start again.

Any revisions in a listing should show up immediately; it's not on a delay, like re-indexing.

The seller's view of a listing can be different from what potential buyers see.  Which listing is it?
