Ussualy when I buy somethin come just only one shipping service withno another option. How can I do to get more option of shipping services or choice myself shipping service?

You can't. The seller chooses how to set up the listing, including which shipping options to offer.

All you can do is send the seller a message asking if he is willing to offer your prefered method of shipping.
