Shipping not updated

I bought a wig and the shipping says speedPAK and when I put the tracking number I get this:

Estimated date of arrival at the post office

29 Mar 2019 - 01 Apr 2019, 2 - 5 days remaining

• 23 Mar 2019 - 09:33
  Flight landed in destination country - United States of America

And that's all it says, like it doesnt say what state or anything? What should I do?

And that's all it'll ever say, never showing Delivered. What you should do is start a refund request on Apr 2. On your purchases page, next to the item, click I would like to > I didn't receive it then follow the instructions.

How do you know the item isn't going to arrive by the estimated delivery date?

I mean like should I call the shipping company or wait and then put it as not received

I'm hoping it will bc I dont know if it is because it doesnt say where in the US it is. If I don't get it I'll be marking it as not recieved

Sounds like you bought your item from outside of the US. SpeedPAK means it will arrive quicker than usual time. I have purchased items from India, China and Germany. It can take up to a month or up to six weeks normally to receive items. Some items are and can be opened by customs to verify what is in package which creates a delay.

Your post shows me that you looked at tracking on March 23 and the estimated arrival to the post office is between 3/29 - 4/1.  We are not to 4/1/19 yet. Once it arrives to post office, it will be another day or two before you receive the item. I would not be too worried yet as anything is possible. We do not know the type of weather conditions-could have had a snow storm that kept planes from flying.

I am a seller on eBay and sometimes packages are just not updated in a timely fashion. My customer could contact me all upset that the tracking shows nothing except label printed when I know my pick up guy took the packages on a certain date.  A day later all the tracking magically appears and it's out to be delivered or it shows it's in route.

Thats true also on ebay it says on or before April 9th so wasnt sure which one was correct. I know we had some storms here and there and also my package passed customs on the 28th so it may be here after the 1st bc customs held it for a bit. Thanks for the advice!
