I need som helpful advice.
Many times buyers order multiple items separately because the "add to cart" is confusing to them.
When I ship all in one box and save buyer shipping charge I am punished buy ebay for not shipping the second package. When I contact ebay, the comment is to have the customer cancel the purchase and do it over. Thgis is nuts. If you try and walk buyer through this for a relatively small purchase they just cancel and not repurchase.
Would like some advice
Thank you very much

When you go to your Orders > Print Shipping Label ( check all that can be combined). The system also identifies which orders can be combined. You need to update dimensions and weights. Gives you carrier and service price comparisons too.

My thoughts:
Most CS took a day off.
Your call was picked up by a CS who is not US-based.
Anybody who is US-based but required to work is not in his right element.
All because of Superbowl.
