Shipping labels

Is anyone else having issues with shipping labels? USPS labels? Payment gets processed but then no label is issued for me to print out.

Some apparent eBay changes have been possibly causing a mix up between "purchasing a label" to print, as opposed to getting the QR code when at the page for a label.

I have not been to the label page, but some are saying that there is a change there.

@ericksonman  It probably sent a QR code to your email instead of printing the label. (they moved the buttons around and made the code the default).

Hey @ericksonman . As mentioned above, things went a bit wonky today with some eBay changes. I'm providing info on both reprinting and voiding labels so you can take the appropriate steps to get your shipping sorted.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
