Shipping labels sideways....help

For the second time this week I've gone to print shipping labels and the format looks like it has been changed to an 8.5 x 11 instead of 4 x 6. This prints a tiny label that is unreadable. Last time it wasn't a big deal as I only had one label to print so I just took a screen shot of it, rotated it  and made it work. Today i have 17 orders to ship and don't have time to do this process 17 times.

 I have two hours to figure this out and then my orders will be late. there used to be a link on the bottom left side of the page when you printed labels to clcik 4 x 6 format. It is gone now...

The next time you're on the page to print a shipping label, follow the screenshot below but ignore the part about adding a receipt @markscustomdesigns. (I'm too lazy to make a screenshot and the size setting is on the same page.)

When I click print label my local/system print window comes up. It only has two choices of formatting, portrait or landscape and size of paper used. I will have to look and see if there is anything like above there. But could be what system you are using, like Windows or Apple or ?
