I have used a Brother QL-570 for printing 7" shipping labels for years(1000's of them) with almost no problems. Suddenly a few days ago my shipping labels are only printing on about 1/2 of the 7" label. The image is there but it's squeezed on about 3" of label and almost too small to read. I've tryed printing in Firefox, Chrome and IE all with the same results. Anybody else having this problem?

Im having problems printing postage labels. I click to print and I only get a website printed at the bottom. I thought it was my printer and put in a new printer and its doing the same thing. Your site says issue resolved but it hasnt resolved for me.

I experienced exactly the same problem beginninga few days ago and finaly found a work around by downloading Sumatra and using it to open the postage label print file. Sumatra is a PDF file reading program sort of like Adobe Reader (which I also tried without success). Its not perfect because it prints the label onto a full sheet of paper with the label in the dead center so it wastes a bit. I reconfigured the label shape to 3 x 7.5" and can at least get 3 labels out of a sheet of paper now by re-using the 2 outside pieces I cut from the 1st lable out.

I've had that happen before and I use greenshot to take a pic of the label, then print. Also I just waited a few hours different times and that worked.

Thank-You. I tried Sumatra as well as a couple of other PDF reader programs but I still have the same problem. My QL-570 prints the 7" label in only a 3" space??????

Thank-You. Tried Greenshot and no luck. Same problem.......Beginning to wonder if the printer isn't the problem. Downloaded and installed a new driver but that didn't help either.

Your browser needs to be set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
What OS and Browser are you using?
Does the label preview look correct?
Does the preview open with Adobe?

Make sure the 570 Printer Preferences is set to the proper label size.
Make sure the browser Page setup, has Scale set to 100% and that the margins are set small.
Make sure the Adobe preview settings are set to Actual Size, and Auto Orientation.
Post a screen shot of the preview.

Wher do I find the Adobe preview settings?

If you don't see the settings, then you are not opening the preview with Adobe.
What browser are you using?

Chrome, I can find lots of settings but not "actual size and auto orientation.

First check that Chrome is set to use Adobe.
Open Google Chrome.
In the address bar, type . . . about:plugins. ...
The Plug-ins Tab will open.
Scroll down until you see either Adobe Acrobat or Reader. ...
Close the Plug-ins tab and restart Chrome.

Found this online:
"The chrome://plugins page was removed in GoogleChrome, version 57"
I did find Adobe Acrobat in Chrome under "Extensions" and it was enabled.
I do appreciate you helping me along here!

Yes, I just discovered that myself. I generally use Firefox, so had missed the change. In Chrome there also use to be a place to disable its built in reader in the same area, I'd check that as well.
Another test you can do, is change the browser to save PDF files, reprint a label, then open that file with Adobe and print. If that works, then Adobe for some reason is still not opening it directly.
If you post a screen shot of the entire label preview, I may also be able to tell what's going wrong.
