Since the ebay/PayPal output is PDF, I would think any of the little Bluetooth 58mm wide thermal label printers would work with little or no adjustment. Don't know that just a receipt printer would handle the thickness of an adhesive backed label, but you can look at the specs to see.
Save one of the labels to a file and take your phone to the store and try it. If it works, then find some rolls of continuous length adhesive backed direct thermal label stock.
