Yes. You are responsible for purchasing and providing the shipping label to your buyer, unless, of course, the item is for local pickup or involves arranging for a freight company on an unusually large item (something like factory equipment).
You can offer free shipping, in which case you pay for the label, or you can charge shipping to your buyer. In that case, you still pay for the label directly, but the cost will be included in the buyer's payment.
I see you made a sale that included $11.75 shipping (to my ZIP Code). Your buyer's payment will include the $11.75 (or whatever dollar amount), but you will have to buy the label in the meantime.
I'm not sure I've been clear--please post again if you have further questions.

Depends how set your sale
Did you include shipping in the price? did you have buyer pays shipping?
End result is that yes you will have to purchase the shipping label but you did not give much information for us to go on

Let me answer your post a different way - As a seller you are responsible to see to it that the item you sold is delivered to the buyer in the condition listed in the posting. There are any number of ways to do that, but key points are:
Finally, if you run into any issues, come back here and ask questions! Many sellers do not do that and do something they 'think' is right only to shoot them self in the foot. It is easier for the Community to help before a problem that after a mistake. So congrats on your sale 👍 and good luck going forward!
