If I refunded a shipping label and then I sell the item do I still get the refund pls I need to know I'm worried

You don't refund a shipping label you get a refund for voiding it.

Voiding shipping labels have nothing to do with your listings.

It usually takes 2-3 weeks to see a refund for voided labels in your transaction details.

Are you saying you voided a shipping label?  If so, yes you get a refund for it.  You would have to print another if you then need to ship.   If that is not the issue, come back and explain.   Keep the voided label.   They have been known to come back from the dead and bill you again.
