You have up to 24 hours to reprint and up to 5 days to void the label from this page. Next time your printer is having problems you can download the label as a PDF so it's still available when you're ready to print.
For this transaction, assuming it's a USPS label, you'll have to void the original label then purchase a new one @lncsmommy. It takes 2-4 weeks to receive the refund which will go directly to your source of payment. You typically won't receive an e-mail when the refund is issued so you'll have to check your CC/bank/etc after a few weeks to confirm it came through.
If it's a UPS/FedEx label then you're not charged until the label is used so there's no void option - you won't be charged as long as it's not used so you can go ahead and purchase a new one.
