Hi,

I live in the Netherlands and ordered an item in US. The seller shipped the order to ebay and I received a delivery scan. According to the seller ebay will now forward my order, but I can not find any details from ebay?

How does this work and how can I contact ebay directly?

The seller is using the Global Shipping Program. Once the package arrives at the US shipping center in Kentucky the package is processed, inspected, then forwarded to you. When that happens you will be alerted with a tracking number for the last leg of the journey. In my experience it usually takes about 7-10 days for them to process the package.

Pay attention to the estimated delivery date on the order... that's what you should be most concerned with, and once the GSP center processes your package you will get the tracking.

Thank you my friend. I also read that they do no always give an ebay tracking number. For instance if you order as a guest.

When you  checkout as a guest make sure to save the order confirmation e-mail. That e-mail will include a link so you can check on order status, including tracking, and perform other post-sale follow-ups as needed.
