I currently have a buyer trying to purchase an item, but when they do they get a message stating that there isn't shipping details. So they cannot purchase the item until I change it. I tried to go and change and revise the item but all shipping options are no longer available to change. Has anyone had this happen before and how do I go about fixing it?
