Shipping confirmation

I paid for an item 7 days ago, but have still not received shipping confirmation. Should I contact seller again or contact ebay?

You should do nothing except wait for the item to arrive. Today is only the 4th business day. You know the estimated delivery date. the seller isn't required to mark the item shipped and furnish tracking so just be patient and wait for the item to arrive.

That's only if the shipper prints their Shipping label through eBay/PayPal, in which case the tracking number is uploaded automatically and you get a notification. If the seller simply ships the item by buying postage over the counter at the post office, you may not hear anything about it until it lands on your doorstep (unless they follow up by manually marking the item as Shipped on-line and uploading the tracking number themselves, in which case the same notifications will go out).

If it hasn't arrived by the last estimated date of delivery, you can file an Item Not Received dispute to which the seller will need to respond. Prior to that, you could certainly send them a message and just ask for an update.
