How do I safely package a flat screen computer monitor for shipping? I don’t know just how susceptible one is to being jostled around. I always ship through the PO.

@marshamallow2-5. Well good grief don't pack like those pictures posted! Yikes!
You can either ask a large retailer like Walmart, Bestbuy or Staples if they have any boxes for shipping electronics. Or you can take it to a UPS store if one is near, and have them package it for you for a fee. Or you can go to the dollar store and buy one of those Styrofoam coolers and cut it to size making sheets and bricks for protection, but layers of bubble wrap and Styrofoam bricks placed on bottom of box and sides. Make sure it doesn't move around in box! Good luck!

Just wrap it in one foam sheet and some bubble wrap, and pack it face down at an angle against its monitor stand, loose in a box. It'll be fine.

The original manufacturers box and packing would be ideal. Even than, it's a risky ship.
Try to get some thick heavy styrofoam and pack it as tightly as possible, in a thick reinforced box.

Thanks for the advice. I try to pack items securely, but I’ve never sold electronic items.

Slice noodle floats to grab corner-to-corner all 4 edges of the monitor, then sliced halves everywhere else in the box.

Think about double boxing it. It's taking a chance when you sell items like this and losing your $. As you pack it think...I dont want a claim. I dont want to lose my money. Keep packing all around that screen

That’s a good idea. I’d like to find some for 15 cents.

Maybe I’m better off with local pickup only. Limits buyers tho. Thanks to all who offered advice.
