We have a 30 pound product that we will lose money on by having to ship via USPS, when FedEx and UPS are 20 dollars cheaper.
Ebay's current setup means we have to hurt customers in one of two ways
1) Disable PO boxes for the entire account, even though the majority of our listings are fine with a PO Box
2) Raise the price of the product 20 dollars, so now everyone in punished
The right move, as is always the case from the perspective of a gearhead who would build it exactly like this in our own ERP/WMS system (I am also a programmer), is to be able to control PO-box offering per-listing. Aka in a Shipping Template. That's what a template is for, after all. Scenarios that apply to listings A, B, and C, but not X, Y, and Z. It would be the perfect harmony. Everybody wins, nobody loses.

I meant to say the Shipping Business Policies, not Shipping Templates. Tomato tomato.

I found the option actually, posting it here in case someone else was looking for the same thing.
It was listed under Exclude shipping locations. Since that section has geographical relations (regions, countries, and states), I didn't expect a carrier-specific destination to be an option. But that is where it was.
