Shipping Return Nightmare

Ebay Full Refund, No Return , No seller protection Policy

Claim was filed for a return From a shipment through the global shipping program

I had no problem with the return, even though it was a false claim, until i tried to purchase a return shipping label

So here we go. Ebays miscommunication cost me $500.00

claim opened feb 1st return start

tried to buy return label could not. In the claims option I clicked on Cant purchase label. Ebay repsonds BUYER has till feb 14th to ship

Feb13 buyer opens claim. 

I dispute the buyers claim

Feb13th case put on hold  

i thought it was on hold because i disputed the claim, not because i didnt send money to the buy for purchase of the label

Then on the 18th Hi Stephen,

We refunded Rampton7500 $444.50 for case #5261022233 for Wolverine MovieMaker Pro 8mm & Super 8mm Reels to Digital Movie Maker Up to 9" . This case is now closed and your automatic payment method will be charged $444.50 in 10 days.
I thought it was on hold to settle the claim first. 

Ebay Email that was sent. no where does it say you were non compliant, with sending money to buyer for return label

We have asked for more information from your customer to confirm the condition of the item received. If any additional information is needed from you we will request it through an email.

I filed a dispute with you about asking to send 75 dollars for a shipping label. Thats why i thought it was on hold. I never had a problem with a return a case should never been open. Never heard about hold till the 18th that you refunded in full

Video i took to show it works PERFECT. Ebay wont take video to prove a video player, in question works. Now i see the buyer is selling his services on ebay with my machine Ebay Gave to him. I proved it.

Shipping Return Nightmare

You can refund In Full but not the cost of a return label?  That would be Fair, And Too Simple! Asking someone to send money to a unverified email address Is not the answer
