Shipping Removal

I have an offer on an item I'm running, which includes shipping charges. The buyer lives near here and would like to pick it up.  How do I remove shipping charges?

First - cash payment for local pick-up only.  I would just have him come pick it up and charge him the amount of his purchase less the cost of shipping.

I think you should just get cash and forget about shipping.there are many pros and cons,some say now you cant prove delivery.anyone that ever came in person always bought me cash but I alwasy prohibit meeting with strangers,its just not worth my time... I had one friend who always drove 20 miles to save $5.....i do not get it

You can't, unless you end the listing and relist with the option for local pickup as well.  If you choose to do this, make sure that you inform the buyer and then give them the listing number so that they can navigate to your listing easier.
