Hi, i am new seller on eBay facing an issue with eBay shipping rate tables. The shipping rate does not update correctly.
First i want to tell this so i can explain my problem easily & accurately.
- When we enable international shipping, we simply selects the country (France) and Add Shipping (32$) which buyer pays + Each Additional cost (18$) as below in the picture.
Now, when buyers purchases 1 quantity the shipping is 32$
If buyer, purchases 2 as quantity the shipping price is 32$ + 18$. it is working perfectly.
Now, when we add shipping rate table as i added below in the picture.
I selected Germany, shipping prices 30$ and 4$ for each pound.
My product weight details -- it will help you to understand more easily.
- I am selling gloves in lot and a lot has 7 pounds weight.
- I need 28$ additional shipping for each lot ( 7 pounds).
- 7 pounds = 28$ and 1 pound = 4$.. simply 28$/7pound.
(That's why i added the 4$ per pound).
Here is what happens at checkout.
When user selects 1 as quantity.
it shows 34$ as shipping price (it combines both prices (Shipping cost (30$) + Additional Cost (4$)).
When buyers selects 2 as quantity.
it shows same (34$) shipping prices without any change in shipping.
but instead of this it should be 30$ + 28$ ( .. 28$ is the additional cost price for each quantity).
when buyers selects 3 as quantity.
it still shows same (34$) prices as shipping prices.
but it should be 34$ + 28$ + 28$..
Also, one thing instead of adding that quantity in shipping eBay gives that price as shipping discount itself. No matter how much quantity. it can be 2 or more.
The discount in green color is not the reason of problem. it is just the volume pricing applied.
I want to show different prices in different locations and increase price when users add more quantity.
I need help to solve that problem.
Maybe, i am doing something wrong. I want everyone to help me who really has best understanding in this one....

It is the shipping policy i have applied to my gloves.
All the shipping rate tables defined are connected to that shipping in business policies.
By the, way now i have removed the shipping rate tables because of problem.
