Am I blind or does signature confirmation now costs $2.90 a raise from the 2.70 on eBay labels/shipping. Most all other electronic shipping services are at $2.70 still. Looked at eBay shipping costs and they seemed to have gone up by an average of 3.7% overall recently above the rate increases from lat August. Anybody else notice

Yes, it and media mail (and some 1st class items) went up the end of August.

This is a good summary of the August 29th changes. As a seller, it's important to keep up with shipping prices and policies.

Are you aware that USPS will enact a holiday rate increase starting in October and lasting through Christmas as they did last year? This year the increase is different from last year. Zone and weight play significant roles.

Then there's always the annual price increases in January to keep track of.
