Ebay apparently is messed up on shipping dates.

A person paid for an item Jan. 15th at 11:45 PM (Not morning - night when I was sleeping) and ebay is telling me I am past due mailing, which is false. Ebay says I should have mailed Jan. 15th! Really? The package would not have to be sent until Monday, Jan. 18th. I have 1 day shipping, but this does not include weekends per ebay policy - it is business days. No one was able to correct the BIG red ebay warning when I called and spoke to a CS! Now I know I will be dinged per ebay being messed up, but it will still be my fault.

Does anyone know how to have this resolved correctly? Thanks!

Monday January 18 is a postal holiday, so if you have 1-day handling and the item was paid for on January 15, then the correct deadline should be January 19.

If it sold at 11:45 pm on the 15th that was just over 12 hours ago. Did you mean to type that it was sold on the 14th at 11:45 p.m.? If it was sold on the 14th before midnight PST and you have one day handling that means that it should have been mailed on the 15th as one day handling means that it should be scanned by midnight on the next business day.
