Shipping Labels Printing Too Small

I just installed a Zebra ZP450.  When the shipping label prints, it only uses about 50% of a 4" x 6" label.  Any idea on how to fix.  I have played with shrink to fit and percentage of imprint.  Those did not work.  Please help.

Make sure the correct page size is selected in the Printer Preferences.

Check that you selected the Zebra 2844 in the eBay setup.

Make sure browser page set up it full scale.

Check that the print preview looks correct.  Scale set to Actual and Orientation set to Auto.

Insure browser is opening PDF file with Adobe and not its built in reader.

If still a problem, come back with OS and browser being used.  A screen shot of the preview will help also, as well as a scan of the label printed.

Look above the label, there should be a link that say to open it in another window. Then try printing it. Thats what I have to do or it will print too small.

mine was fine until today. Now, too small. Paper size choice is the same, and choosing something else (A4) doesn't do anything to change it. HELP!
