Shipping Label

Hi,

I always printed my Ebay Shipping Labels with the Shipping information and postage on one side of the paper and the Receipt on the other side.  The paper was perforated so I could tear off the receipt for my records.  Today, I accidentally changed how I wanted my labels to print and I no longer am getting the receipt portion which I need.  Can anyone help me to get back to the way I always printed my labels?

On the right side of the label purchase page down towards the bottom is a link that says Format PDF 8 X 11 or something like that. Click on Change under there and find the format you want.  Once you set it, it should default the next time, but you may want to check.

Thanks for your reply.  With eBay's new features, the PDF option is no longer available.

@tickets_and_more I still have options for saving as a PDF or just printing the label. I can also make any adjustments using the drop down menu. I use the executive size for my labels. If you cannot make these changes then possibly something has changed on your end. What was it that you changed on your end? Work backwards and give that a try.
