Shipping Label overprice

Hello, on April 12 I sold an item for $135.00, the shipping label was supposed to be $13.17. I ended up paying $154.94, which was more than the actual item. When I purchased the QR code for the label through ebay it said it was going to cost me $13.17, not the $154.94. I ended up calling EBAY and asking for reasons why I was charged this but they told me to call USPS because it is apparently their problem. However, when I call USPS they keep telling me to call EBAY because apparently it is their problem. I have been calling back and forth between both of them and none can give me a reason to why I was charged this much. Until April 27 when I called EBAY again and asked for help, one of their team members filed a ticket to the IT department. A week later on May 5 I called again and was told that I was going to be refunded for the shipping label within 48 hours. It has been 4 days and I just called again for an update on this and the person I talked to told me to call USPS again. Can anyone provide another way for me to try to get this problem solved because it has been almost a month and I don't think I am going to get my money back at this point. Thank You

Sounds like you made an error when you purchased the label with one of the package dimensions and got charged for an oversized package. If that happened, USPS is supposed to catch the error with their APV system and refund you the difference, but that does not always happen.

What were the package dimensions?

What was the weight?

What were the to/from zip codes?

What service did you buy (Ground Adv, Priority, etc)?

Walk without rhythm, it won't attract the worm.
