Shipping Insurance

Help! How do I add additional insurance to a package I am shipping. I can’t find that part when I go to buy the shipping label. Thanks.

You should be seeing the option below the shipping method selection in an area titled Additional Options.

What method are you using? Is insurance an option for that method?

Hey @mudjackerbill . If you're on the simplified version of the label purchase page:

Once you expand the options you will see insurance (and other options) when you scroll down the page.

If you ship USPS Ground Advantage, the insurance is already included in the price of shipping.

Up to $100. I suspect the OP wants additional insurance for the $225 bag she sold.

Hi Patty, to add additional insurance to your package, you typically need to select that option when purchasing the shipping label. Look for "insurance" or "additional services" during the checkout process.
