Hi!
I recently sold an Antique Piano Sheet Music and Several Antique concerts Pamphlets that were won by the same buyer, I combined shipping for the items and sent a new invoice with Priority Flat Rate Shipping, the buyer insisted that he wanted it sent Media Mail instead, so I resent the invoice and he paid for media mail shipping. I now find out that it does not qualify for media mail for some reason ( I can't purchase or print the label). How do I contact the buyer after they have paid to change the shipping option? Any tips would be helpful

Perhaps this to see if the pamphlets as well qualify for Media Mail, then buy your label at http://paypal.com/shipnow, PirateShip, etc @sherma671 instead of on eBay, where the category might be why it does not.

eBay's block on access to MM shipping is very crudely based on the main category that an item is listed under. Absence of the MM option doesn't mean that your item is not eligible. If the pamphlets are at least 8 pages and have no ads, then they are eligible. You can purchase your MM postage through PayPal at
If the pamphlets aren't eligible, you can ship them separately; remember that if the package is under 16 ounces you can use First Class postage.

Hello,
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an already accepted payment. You will have to tell him to send a cancelation request. Then you can refund his money, or the case goes straight to eBay’s “Money Back Garuntee.” You can repost it and ask him to buy it again though. I would suggest to figure out shipping before you accept payment. Thanks

Ship it. Don't cancel, just ship. We've all had to eat undercharging on postage.
You can probably go to usps and print the label for media mail. Both of those items are eligible for media mail according to usps.

@sherma671 A few points. Media mail is only available under certain category's on this platform. You are not allowed to use MM for items with advertising, which is why magazines aren't allowed. You listed your music programs under the category of advertising, which is why the option for MM doesn't allow you.
Buyers aren't aware of what is allowed under MM. Buyers also aren't allowed to ask for terms not offered in the original listing. Your listings offered expedited shipping so they are bound by that. You are only accommodating them now.
You can purchase MM at your local post office, or other online services such as shipnow. That is up to you but now you know how better to handle these types of requests.
As a new seller with zero feedback, you are a magnet for scammers. They tend to target sellers with little experience and your zero FB makes you stand out, plus you are selling some more expensive items. I highly suggest you first sell some small items from around your house. Sell as many small ten dollar or less items that you can in order to build up some FB.
Always leave FB for your buyers. That can sometimes encourage them to reciprocate. You cannot make someone leave you FB, but if you leave it for them first they may be more inclined. Start to build up your FB to show that you are more experienced as a seller. This is only advice for your selling account, take what you wish. Best of luck to you....

FINALLY. This is eBay, you ship the right way no matter what your buyer says or does.
Great Moms turn them off first.
