You will have to explain this situation more clearly.
For instance, when say the charges are "too high", what exactly do you mean?
- Are you saying you have sold the item, and now it will cost more to ship it than you will be collecting from the buyer?
- Are you saying that the buyer wants to buy the item, but he considers the shipping cost on your listing to be too high?
- Are you saying that the shipping service you sold to the buyer is no longer available because of COIVD, and the alternatives that are still available are too expensive?
And when you say "clear that problem" with the customer, what are you trying to accomplish ?
- are you just trying to make him understand why the cost is so high?
- are you trying fix a problem with your listing so the shipping shows correctly?
- are you trying to cancel a transaction because the buyer refuses to pay?
- are you trying to find a cheaper shipping method?
