thanks to others who posted information on this topic. Have had a package sitting in Hebron KY for almost two weeks. Started moving yesterday after I started tracking it. Lo and behold, arrived at destination 5/21/20. This is the second time I have dealt with this issue. Will use UPS to return items, even if I have to go and print correct label from seller.
