Shipping 2 items together

Buyer bought two items, paid separately .

1  was under $20 for trading/sports cards (standard card shipping) shipping and the other one was over for regular ground shipping  

I’d like to ship them by tracked mail together (ups ground advantage). 

How  do I set this up after the purchase?

After you purchase the USPS GA label for the one sale, go to the other sale in your Awaiting Shipping folder and plug in that same tracking number where it says, Add Tracking.

What happens if the buyer claims only 1 item was in the envelope?

You will have tracking that shows both items were delivered.  That will protect you from a Item Not Received case.

Cant really stop a person from lying.  But if truly concerned,  take a photo before taping the box up, or better yet, a quick video showing items in box, then tape it up, & slap the label on it.  Might be more work then most are willing to do, but if you are worried, its an option
