If anyone could please help, i've browsed numerous threads from the discussion board and youtube videos and I'm frustrated and feel like I'm missing something very simple. I just purchased a used Dymo 450 Turbo to help with the shipping process for my new ebay store. I've downloaded the software and drivers and now when i try to change my ebay settings i go to the same page everyone else shows to go to and there is no link on the upper right corner for "printer and label receipt preferences". I've gone thru manage shipping labels page. When i open a new order to place dimension/weight and purchase the label my page is very different from everyone else. I have a basic store $5/month subscription, how do i change my shipping page or how do i get to a place to change my printer preferences to set up my dymo 450? If anyone's had this issue or could help with detailed step by step, would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
