Well I'm finally over all of it! I'm out! The joke locally is "eBay's Replacement Policy". Buyers have an item thats broken and buy your perfect item exactly like theirs, then claim it arrived broke. Without equivocation, eBays policy is the buyer gets their money back and keep the item or they ship their broken item back to the seller and seller pays the return shipping for broken item. Buyers picked up on this quickly and use it often. They can get a perfect item free of charge. I have had all I can take of this. My selling days are over. Just a thought...I will see what I have that is in disrepair and move to the other side. Peace, Out.

it's sickening what buyers are getting away with. I can only imagine it's the best sellers that are getting fed up to the point of leaving. Why put in all that work and dedication only to be blatantly ripped off and the ebay service reps reading the same old answer off of their response algorithm. "I'm sorry, but you probably aren't going to like this answer..." Fed up and looking for other options.

Perhaps it would be helpful, maybe not likely, if ebay were to list the number of SNAD cases opened by a buyer?

I'm sorry but more hysteria over nothing.
Buyers are either honest or they aren't. Some generic email from eBay doesn't change that.
