Seller keeps saying she sent my package but hasn't!

Hi! 

I made several purchases 5 days ago and all but one have been shipped, are in route and I have tracking numbers for them. The last purchase is the most expensive and crucial that I need to receive. I have sent the seller several messages about an estimated time of arrival for my purchase and her response is "Possibly this Friday". Here's the problem: I have been checking on the status of my package everyday and the status says "Has Not Been Shipped". So how could I possibly get it by this Friday? I have questioned her about this but have not received an answer. I see that she actively is selling more of the same product(s) and I am starting to wonder if it is the same exact product that I am expecting in the mail and that she has not sent out! I am starting to get very nervous! How long do I wait before I can report her? 30 days seems way too much time to wait! I paid $395.00 and I am afraid that she won't be mailing out my order. I read a review on the seller and someone reported her because they did not receive what they had ordered. I don't want that to happen to me. Please help!

Maybe the seller did ship and not add tracking

What is the LAST ESTIMATED Delivery Date of this item?

You are able to open an INR one day after this date.

Message the Seller and see If she/he would kindly send out a tracking number. I don't know why She/He did not send it with the message that You sent. If Not file a case with eBay. you WILL get your money back unless the Seller proves she/he shipped it. 

eBay's shipping calculator for dates is usually OFF a few days. When were You suposed to get the item? Go to the feedback page and see If the item was purchased from the USA. Some Asian Sellers are putting down their address as residing in the USA when they really aren't. Did You check out the Feedback for the seller?

Other Sellers who dropship get into the same problem. their order to You from them Might have come from a dropshipping Co. and the item was backordered. There are SO many internet companies that suggest the Sellers dropship.   It is a very bad idea to drop ship. I personally want to have the order in My hand before I list anything!
