I bought a couple shirts from a seller and once I got them they were covered in bleach stains and in horrible condition, not shown in the pictures or in the ad description or title. I requested a refund from the seller, who immediately closed the return. Now it says that Ebay can't step in and slove the issue between the seller and I because the return was already closed. Am I stuck with the items now? What should I do?

1. Read about the Money Back Guarantee, so you know how the game is played.

2. Learn to do a deep dive on listings - avoid sellers with "no returns" policies.

3. IF you paid via PayPal, you have up to 180 days to file a claim

4. File a charge back with your credit card company if no PP in the process.

This platform offers a MBG to all buyers. However the return process has steps one has to follow. Which reason selected makes all the difference, yours need to be item not as described. Yes there is only one opportunity to open a return case. Your only option now is to use the payment method. If you paid via PayPal then you can open a return case for item not as described on that platform. If you used your credit card then you can open a case using that method.

Keep in mind the return process is all automated so choose carefully and take your time. Best of luck to you....

What reason did you use for the return? If a seller doesn't accept returns, they close the return but only if you used a buyers remorse return such as didn't fit, changed my mind etc OR if they refund you without requiring a return.
