Seller Fraud

Brought black and decker auto charger by seller Sussett Gome SuzO on ebay.

The seller does not give a fed tracking number until day after it arrived. I never received it. It was deliverd on a Sunday afternoon. On the Monday finally received my tracking the package was no where to to be found. Fed would be not confirm with by phone. I went police and reported as stolen. A nice Police Officer is trying help. Because of that the called me. Called by name. The driver asked me if used another address once. He said he delivered to another address. He called by my name, but I guess office gave to him and phone #. But this driver made no attempt  at all to tell me that the package was not in my name. It was to Pam ____let at such and such address. Either the seller delibrately gave tracking for this person. Or the driver changed the name and address. Even I prove that tracking number given to me to show delivered. There is another one on recipient name on it. I had go Fed Ex local hub. There in Corporate office I asked who name is on the shipping label. I was give a print out from corporate office of receiptients name and address. I It was to this Pam ____let at another address that not three four blocks from me. But it looks delivered because it tracking says delivered left out side door. On Sunday. Fed Ex does not deliver on Sundays. Besides it was never delivered in my name to. Just tracking numbers saying it was delivered to my town left out side. I have print out from the corporate office. 

Any Opinions or Suggestions?

Pam ____let ordered something for themselves, and it was delivered to Pam ____let. The end.

Your seller copied that tracking number, to prove your fake delivery. Look at the "Shipment Facts" for that tracking number on the FedEx website. Something like this:

You see? It's not even your Black and Decker auto charger! The weight and the size are all wrong. And that is how you get your refund @yellowroses2017 without even opening a case. Like this:

Click "Contact eBay on Messenger" at Facebook here, and leave your name, email, zip code, and item number. And tell eBay you have a weight problem, to get your refund.

The weight and with length dimensions are different. But now I can't add and pix to my resoultion It won't add any pix.

If your case is still open @yellowroses2017 click "Contact eBay on Messenger" on Facebook at this link, and leave your name, email, zip code, and item number. Then tell eBay that the weight and width length dimensions are different, and add any pix to show eBay.

Or if you lost the case, contact PayPal on Facebook, if that's how you paid, and tell PayPal that the weight and width length dimensions are different, and add any pix for PayPal. Otherwise, call your card issuer and talk about the weight etc. to get your refund.

Go to the Resolution Center below and select, I didn't get my item.

The seller will provide the tracking number that shows it was delivered, then Ebay will close the case.

Once the case is closed, you can appeal it and provide the information you received from FedEx showing the package was not addressed to you.

I won the Resolution. I was refunded. But it took so long......
