Hi,
I had a customer who informed me that the shipping address had a different zip code than what was on their actual profile address. So, they never recevied the items. I received this email after the item is showing as having been delivered. They are sharing screen shots with me showing their correct address on their ebay account and want to know why it was sent to the wrong one. Anyone have a recommendation on handling?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Buyer needs to contact ebay. It is up to the buyer to recheck their address on the checkout page before paying.
If the item is returned to you, you can invoice the buyer for reshipment. If it is not returned, then buyer bought a gift for someone and will have to deal with ebay. If a not received case is opened, make sure to respond quickly and add the tracking number again if asked.

As long as you shipped to the address (and zip) that shows on the "print shipping label" page, you are protected for INR. The buyer can contact his mail carrier or location p.o. location.
