Self tan protocols

Hello! Wondering if anyone can tell me how to properly ship this self tan. Is there a guideline somewhere? It is marked as flammable and explosive.

Anything flammable and or explosive needs to go ground. No air shipping.

More than that it also needs to prominently marked GROUND ONLY and other warnings FLAMMABLE EXPLOSIVE so that it doesn't accidentally wind up going by air. And then hope the shipper will even accept it in the first place.

And considering the problems in shipping maybe you shouldn't be trying to sell it in the first place.

Lol. Someone somewhere needs this item. I need to know proper protocol so I can provide the service. Thank you for your guidance. I'll be sure to clearly mark the container and say a few prayers that it makes it to the final owner. Hopefully I can get rid of it before holiday shipping picks up too much.

Ground shipping only, for example USPS Parcel  Ground/Select.

Print out a couple of these and put them on the package:

Wrap some paper towels around it to absorb leaks (should it leak) and put it in a large zip lock bag. Then put it in a box with plenty of padding.

On the address side of the label indicate Surface Mail Only, ORM-D Community Commodity.

Not a good shipping strategy.

Review the actual laws, then decide how to/whether to ship.  It really isn't worth it to ship a hazardous material improperly because the sender may be held responsible for any damage resulting from an accident or release of the material.  An unlikely event, but still possible.

Here is the USPS regulations regarding hazardous items:

Your reply is why new sellers may be intimidated.  Please take time to give more of a useful reply (like the end of your statement) than to judge one line of a reply that is clearly a joke.  Thank you for the laws which I have already read (and were as clear as mud for me). I wanted a clear answer from people's experience, not someone teaching me how to be a popsicle. Thank you kindly.

Do you use the Limited Quanity sticker with the up arrows and a flammable sticker instead?
