Scan Form not Matching the Labels I Bought

Not sure what happened but today I noticed that the 11 labels I bought and put on packages were fine BUT the Scan Form generated said 15 labels.  Will have to have carrier scan 11 packages because the scan form is their only confirmation of what I have shipped and I have no idea what was included on this form.  I do however know that I was only CHARGED for the correct amount of 11 labels.  Anyone have any idea of what happened?

Might have figured it out:  I had purchased 4 labels yesterday and did not print a scan form so eBay added to today's purchases for the purpose of the scan form.  Is this how this works?

Yes.  If you use the bulk printing, you need to generate a SCAN form for packages you plan to ship that day.  If you do not, those will get added to the SCAN form you will be generating.
