Grateful for some advice:
I have had two auctions end tonight - both won by the same bidder. I have got the items ready to go and have noticed that the same reference number applies to both auctions. However I can't send the items together due to the size of them. Please can someone confirm whether I am okay to send the two parcels separately or as they have the same reference number is GSP expecting a single box. Or does the reference number refer to the individual bidder?
Can someone shed some light asap please before I post and cause confusion!
