As much as I know how this goes I sometimes fall for it. It being selling to the buyer who offers me less than the sale price and has non stop
problems after the sale.
Today's issue is with one such buyer who is asking for a refund without return. He claims the item is snad and does not do
what he wants it to do. It is a mini bluetooth speaker. He says the speaker works but when he tries hooking my speaker and his old speaker to his phone at the same time it does not sound good! (duh!) I asked him to disconnect his speaker and just play mine and see how it sounds.
So he is claiming snad for something it wasn't designed to do. btw it is $10 but I already gave another crook $10 back today.
Is this one my fault?
how do I proceed?

Do you want to go to war over $10 - or not?
If he's claimed NAD I'd just say return for refund unless its not worth it.

Depends on your return policy.
Everyone has options. Just be sure the best option is right for you.
