This is why is best to have your own UPS account and not have ebay in the middle. Open a free UPS account and link it to your PayPal account for the same discounts when using the UPS website. Now you can deal directly with UPS for any problems.

If you want some insight into your shipping charges (or whether or not there is an error), then you need to provide information about a shipment from one of your packages that you suspect is wrong:
- shipping source and destination zip codes
- Shipper and service used (e.g. FedEx 2-day)
- Description of package (shape, composition, etc.)
- Scale weight of the package, and dimensions of the package.
- Claimed value of the contents
