it sounds like your buyer wants cheaper shipping .you can downgrade your shipping or send them back a dollar
I am sure you want the sale to go thru.its aslo important to not let a buyer dictate shipping .
going from priority down to 1st class can be done easily
changing carriers to please a buyer is not somethig I woud ever do.
