After using my Rollo printer for about a year, I'v started having issues with the eBay Standard Envelope Labels. All other labels (first class, priority, UPS, Fedex, etc) work as expected. But when I try to print an eBay Standard Envelope label, it confuses the Rollo. It will typically print a black line, and then advance halfway through the next label and then produce the red error light. If I press the error light, it will print out the label correctly, but it's costing me four labels to print out the one label correctly. Any other folks having this issue? (And yes, I've gone through all the various resets, re-learns, new drivers, turn it off and unplug its, etc, as well as contacting Rollo support. Still no luck. )
