I receive an item that did not work, contacted the seller and got the run around, Went through ebay to return the item, I shipped the item the seller received the item in 3 days and ebay gives him 8 days to refund. Why doesn't the seller have the same 3 days to make the refund once received as I have 3 days to pay?
All returns timelines, for both buyers and sellers, have been temporarily extended out 5 days due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
