A customer wanted to return an item purchased and it was accepted by eBay. The customer then emails me with the USPS tracking number and when I check it on USPS, it says delivered but I haven't received the return. My eBay dashboard, however, only says, "Return started". What are my options? Refund and be done with it? I've tried opening a case with eBay via Resolution Center however it doesn't give me the correct option and sends me into never-never land of forums, discussions, etc. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks ~

go to your local post office and ask them where it was delivered

Until eBay shows Delivered, the buyer won't get a refund. Does your return details page even show any tracking number yet?
