Return

Hello, I have a problem with the seller and the return. The point is, the seller misinformed me about the item, and now that I checked it, it turned out to be useless to me. The problem is, it's been 30 days for the return he gave. Can I apply for a refund? The seller, of course, refuses

eBay gives a buyer 30-days after an item is received to inspect and verify that an item matches what the seller promised ... this is a highly generous amount of time.  What situation with this purchase causes you to believe that you should be granted more than 30 days to inspect an item?

Re: Return

It puzzles me because the seller assured me about the accuracy of my purchase, unfortunately I could not check it during this time and the item was lying in the box and I was sure that I had a thing that is great for me and it is not

If there are also credit cards over there in your kingdom @grakrup_0 and this purchase appears on your credit card statement, whether you paid directly at eBay or through PayPal, raise a chargeback, usually within 60 days of the date on that statement, then lower it using the reason MERCHANDISE DEFECTIVE OR NOT AS DESCRIBED and that should put your seller in their place, engaged and sorted. Over here in the colonies, we get our refund on the chargeback, and the merchant, ifsoever desired, must retrieve the goods at their own expense.
