I'm new to ebay. This is my first return. I got an email saying the seller sent the shipping label. This is what I get when I open the email. There is no attachment attached. Is this all the seller has to do for the shipping label, or am I supposed to receive an actual label to put on the package?

I am a seller, not a buyer so I can only speak from this side of the transaction.
When a return request comes in the seller has an option of buying a label through eBay which they send you directly. Or they can click "I already sent a label" which should come in as a separate email. As I recall however, when a seller clicks that they are required to enter a tracking number to verify the statement.
Check to se if you received a separate email from the seller (which ideally should contain either the label or instructions as to how to print it).
Otherwise, in the absence of a label then I would suggest you contact eBay and tell them you do not see a label. I suspect that if eBay can not confirm that the seller sent you a label they will generate one for you.
You generally have the upper hand. eBay does not take kindly to sellers "playing" with buyers.

You're stalled on that screen @cathlar_78 when your seller pretends to have sent a return label, but didn't, by selecting option 3 here on their screen:
Whenever this happens, @Anonymous says that eBay wants to have a more in depth conversation, so by design, you've no online button on your screen to ask eBay to step on it.

Update: I contacted the seller this morning asking where the shipping label is. Waiting on a reply. Called customer support this evening. Person got into my account and saw the same thing that I posted in the first photo. No actual label. She said since it was a case of buyers remorse that the seller isn't required to pay for shipping. Makes it confusing when the "return label" is just the address in the comments.I also went and looked at the seller and noticed on their page, their specific policy says they will pay for the return shipping

Hi person covering for @Anonymous, the above was the "we want to have a more in depth conversation".

We want the buyer to contact us directly if they are in a situation where the label was marked as provided, but no label was received. The buyer wouldn't need to contact us directly to close the case or mark the item as shipped, because both of these actions indicate that everything is working out appropriately. For situations outside of that, we want to have a more in depth conversation. This allows us to provide assistance as soon as possible, as well as investigate the transaction fully. The time the buyer spends speaking to Customer Service results in a better experience overall, as we would have the opportunity to reassure the buyer that we are here to help them, and take necessary steps to protect our marketplace if there are signs the seller is abusing the returns process.

Hi @cathlar_78, I recommend you contact Customer Service to discuss this return in more detail. If no return label is provided by the seller when they are responsible for return shipping compensation, we can step in to ensure that this is given to you or that a refund is provided if the seller does not cover return costs.
